Philia - Voice

Philia is voiced by Inoue Kikuko in Japanese (seeing that even the North American localization of Tales of Destiny retained the Japanese battle voices). She likes to introduce herself as being 17 years old despite being over forty. She has a very distinctive voice which is light and airy, and if listened to too much, can prove to be debilitating to one's eardrums (though it is a far cry from the annoyingly high-pitched screeches given to angry children characters in North America).

Despite that, she has landed several roles in numerous anime and videogames. Her most well known roles include Belldandy from Ah! My Goddess, Sephiria Oaks in Black Cat, Hibiya Chitose in Chobits, Suzuhara Shuuko from Angelic Layer, Kazami Mizuho from Onegai Teacher, Tendou Kasumi from Ranma 1/2, Tatra from Magic Knight Rayearth 2, Sailor Aluminum Seiren from Sailor Moon, Luna/Althena from Lunar, and Hrist from Valkyrie Profile.
