Balthier » Namesake

Bunansa is not only a pimp name, but also a reference to Final Fantasy Tactics. I've always wanted to make a Mustadio shrine, but I never got around to it. So consider this to be a copout.

Mustadio Bunanza is an eighteen year old who is the son of Besrodio Bunanza, and is in possession of one of the stones. His default class is the Engineer class, and he has mastered the use of a gun. He is so awesome!

In the retranslation of Final Fantasy Tactics for the PSP, War of the Lions, Mustadio was renamed to Mustadio Bunansa (therefore matching Balthier's last name), and his father to Besrudio.

Since the PSP port of Final Fantasy Tactics was announced in late 2006, we can look forward to seeing Mustadio again if you missed the first time.

Balthier's middle name, "Mid", is a reference to Final Fantasy V's Mid Previa. Mid is the grandson of that game's Cid, and is also a mechanical genius who helps the party with airship trouble. He also plays a role in helping Galuf get his memory back.
