This episode isn't based on any particular manga arc. It borrows from chapter 49 and the Sora Unchained arc (chapters 119-127). So, there's really not much to actually compare, since it's an original plot that borrows from other stories.
The Lunchbox of Love story dealt with Sora wanting to improve her cooking skills, because she wanted to make a bento for Aoshima. As you've probably noticed by viewing the episode, Aoshima's not in the picture and the story is one about not giving up.
The Sora Unchained arc was about how Sora needed to race against Keiichi (with Belldandy on her side) in order to earn the right to refuse the appointment of being the Motor Club's director. Belldandy coached Sora in that story. A majority of the arc was left out since the arc actually had the race. Specifically, in chapter 121, it covered Sora and Belldandy riding together, and also touches on Sora's fear of trying to achieve things.
Like I said, it's a mishmash of original and borrowed material, so going step-by-step in a comparison wouldn't work out too well.
